5. Liability & Limitations
Tectum Quality Roofing LLC is not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage to roofing structures, gutters, or property
Minor surface marks from equipment placement unless negligence is proven
Delays caused by weather, material shortages, access issues, or acts of God
Items or areas not disclosed as fragile, hazardous, or restricted
Our liability for any claim is limited to the total cost of services provided.
6. Warranties
Roofing services may include workmanship and/or manufacturer warranties, as specified in your written agreement. Warranty coverage varies by product and service type. Full details will be provided at the time of contract.
7. Intellectual Property
All marketing materials, photos, videos, and website content created by Tectum Quality Roofing LLC are the property of the company and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without written permission.
8. Modifications
